Dashboard guide
Map operator workflows to the same objects used by your integration.
This guide explains operator workflows in product language and how they map to integrator concepts. It is not a full portal API reference.
Dashboard metrics
Metrics periods commonly use 24h | 7d | 30d | 90d. Use them for operational monitoring, not as a substitute for webhook reconciliation.
Inquiries and review
Inquiries list/detail show overview, verification attempts, and webhook activity. Review decisions are Approve / Decline for inquiries in needs-review (and related reviewable states). Manual decisions emit inquiry.approved or inquiry.declined when status changes.
Templates
Create revisions as DRAFT, publish to PUBLISHED, and archive when retiring. Publish is required before merchant open can pin the revision. Configure webhook subscribe lists on the template definition before expecting live deliveries.
Developer tools
- API Keys — create/revoke keys; plaintext shown once.
- Activity Logs — API key usage/audit style history.
- Webhooks — endpoints, test sends, deliveries, manual resend.
- Webhook Event — catalog, delivery format, signing examples.
